0B5 Pressure Control Repair Kit Contains the following:

  • -1x solenoid valve N440 with screws and filter screen gasket - Valve 4 (for pressure regulation in sub-gearbox 2)
  • -1x solenoid valve N436 with screws and filter screen gasket - Valve 4 (for pressure regulation in sub-gearbox 1)
  • -1x solenoid valve N471 with screw - Cooling Oil Valve
  • -1x yellow protector plastic plate
  • -1x sensor module PCB2 with screws
  • -1x sensor module PCB1 with screws
  • -4+2x rubber dampers
 
Because the PWM solenoids work very hard in these units they are prone to premature wear,this in turn causes a number of issues with engagement and shift quality,
it is also highly recommended that the valve body loom is replaced with the modified version.
